1. What are your shipping charges?
When shipping to the contiguous 48 states the shipping charges for your entire order are as follows:

Orders under $100 – Shipping is only $7.95 |

Orders over $100 – FREE SHIPPING* |
|
Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO addresses have additional shipping. Please call us at 1-888-654-3447 or email us at sales@areyouprepared.com with your order and we will give you a quote.

FREE SHIPPING is offered on all items meeting the "Free Shipping" total amount EXCEPT for the following items:

This offer is only valid via UPS Ground delivery to the continental 48 states for shipments of all small to mid-sized size orders (not valid HI or AK). Larger sized orders will ship usually by the UPS Freight.
Orders shipped by freight company (orders usually weighing over 400 lbs) will be palletized and are for "rear of trailer delivery only" meaning you are responsible for removing the boxes from the rear tailgate the freight company's delivery trailer. Any optional freight services the freight company may offer (i.e. trailer lift-gate, deliver to your door, inside delivery, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer for any additional costs. The freight company will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. A correct deliverable address must be provided with any Suite or Apartment number. Failure to provide your complete or correct address may incur additional shipping company correction costs that they may charge per box or pallet.

*FREE SHIPPING is only valid and provided at no cost on orders that are accepted for deliver by the customer and not returned or refused. Orders refused or returned DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping and will incur the full cost of shipping both to and from the customer and any storage fees. Customer will be refunded the balance between amount paid less all shipping costs. |

| What is your return policy? |

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you have ordered, simply contact us at admin@areyouprepared.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will be happy to send you a replacement, exchange the item or give you a prompt and courteous refund or credit, which ever you prefer, less only shipping & handling costs. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Carefully repack the item with all instructions and documentation in its original container and mail it back Prepaid UPS or insured US mail. We will refund shipping costs on items we determine to be defective or for shipping errors on our part. Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer
shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and pay
shipping cost to and from customer location. |
| When will my order ship? |

Many items will ship same day when placed before 1 PM. This applies to all goods that are in stock at our store/warehouse. Occasionally a product will go out of stock and we will not be able to fulfill this but we will do our utmost to fulfill the order as quickly as possible. Reminder, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
