Made by Schnitzer in Germany, the Miracle Schnitzer Manual Stone Mill contains two mill stones made of natural materials, Naxos-Basalt and Magnesite. This mill adjusts for grinding fineness and is well designed to catch the ground flour in an enclosed container. A clamp holds the mill securely to a counter or table. All cereals the size of wheat and smaller can be used with the finest to coarsest adjustments. Oily seeds can also be ground alone with the medium to coarse settings, or at the fine setting when mixed with equal amounts of wheat or rye. With 80 revolutions per minute, Model ME1112 produces 30 grams of fine flour and 60 grams of coarse flour per minute.
