Turning effort is very easy for a hand operated mill, producing a cup of wheat flour in about 1-1/4 minutes.

Among our wide selection of emergency preparedness supplies we have the Country Living Grain Mill.  It will take whole grain and grind it to flour in a matter of minutes. One cup of wheat flour takes only 1-¼ minutes, it also has an adjustable grind that allows you to grind anything like cracked wheat into pastry flour.
